Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes! We’re excited to share Amor Vida jewelry with customers worldwide.

Q: How much does international shipping cost?

A: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. USPS First-Class Package International is usually the most affordable option, but faster carriers like UPS or FedEx may also be available if you’d like express shipping.

Q: How long does international delivery take?

A: Delivery times vary by country. On average, USPS First-Class International takes about 1–4 weeks. If you choose an express option like UPS or FedEx, delivery is typically 3–7 business days.

Q: Will I have to pay customs fees or taxes?

A: Depending on your country’s import laws, you may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, or other taxes upon delivery. These charges are set by your local government and are not included in our shipping costs.

Q: Will I be able to track my package?

A: Yes — all international orders come with tracking! Please note that tracking updates may be less frequent once your package leaves the U.S. and is processed through your local postal system.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or broken?

A: If your order arrives broken, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll happily send a replacement or issue store credit once your claim is approved.

Product Care

Q: How do I care for my earrings/jewelry?

A: To keep your earrings looking beautiful:

  • Clean gently – Wipe with a damp cloth or baby wipe.

  • Last on, first off – Apply face creams, makeup, perfume, and hairspray before putting on your jewelry.

  • Handle with care – Clay jewelry is durable but not unbreakable.

  • Store safely – Keep in a soft cloth bag or jewelry box when not in use.

Repairs & Damaged Earrings

Q: What if my earrings get damaged after I’ve worn them?

A: We know accidents happen, and we want you to keep loving your jewelry for years to come! If your earrings get damaged, we’d be happy to talk about repairing or remaking them for a discounted cost of the original price.

Because each pair is handmade, the cost depends on things like:

  • The clay color(s) needed

  • How much damage occurred

  • Whether we need to remake the whole pair (especially for custom colors)
